- Le Champ Dolent
This is the most important menhir in the region, almost 10 meters high and 8.70 meters wide.

- The Ramparts
From the 12th century onwards, the city of Dol expands at the feet of the castle. In the 14th century Dol is enclosed by ramparts, designs of which can still be seen on the cadastral plans.
The parish church Notre Dame was siutated in the east part of the town. In the 19th century a hall was built where the church once stood.
Of all the old towers, only the "Grande tour des Carmes", the "Tour de la Motte" and "Tour de la Prison" remain. Other remnants are private properties. Dol has started to restaure the ramparts, some towers are the circle path, you can see part of the ramparts on a walk through the moat.

- The Manors Houses
Many privately owned manor houses (private properties) are hidden in the countryside. They date back to different periods, are restaured or about to be restaured, some can be visited. others only be looked at. (For information, ask the Tourist Office)

- The Mills

An exert from "The hundred faces of Brittany by Roger Vercel
"Mills are crosses which turn.  The mill connects the Breton soil with heaven. Rooted in the first, it expects all of the second. It made the wind into a present for all Bretons who without it, would have to leave the wind to the boats. It hoists sails and fills with wind like a boat.
Only one of the mills in Cherrueix has been retaured and sometimes, the wings turn with the speed of the wind. It is one of the few mills in the marshes of Dol, still in use in the cereal industry... Protected against the sea by the "Duchesse Anne" dike. During 2009, La Maison du Terroir will be erected.

Le Mont Dol
The Notre Dame de l'Espérance chapel (1798-1857) (old telegraph office) was built on the site of the old Saint Michel chapel, which in turn was built on the site of a pagan temple. Taurobolic altars linked to the mithra cult have been found.
The chapel was built on the base of the old "Chappe" telegraph, which was dismantled in 1850 when the telegraph connection Paris Brest was stopped.
The actuel building was blessed on the 13th october. The window dedicated to Notre Dame de l'espérance dates back to 1921 and is the work of Lorin on cardboard of Malo Renault. Quite near is the Notre Dame tower and still a little further, the devil's claws rocks.

The mill's construction only started in 1843. In 1954, the mill stopped to work. The mill has only ever employed 2 people. The millener and 1 person responsible for the wheat collection. The commune bought the mill in 1986. The roofing, mainly chesnut wood, has been totally restaured. In 1995, a new tree was put under the roof with 4 new solidly fixed wings.
The "Courroux d'pouchées" fundation organizes visits to this operating mill.
It is one of the few windmills of the middle of the 19th century which still operates.
